The goal of The Human Element is to increase potential and to shift the way people work together and solve problems.

The first three days of this 5-day workshop focuses on creating an open atmosphere in which people can solve problems. A process of self-discovery using experiential methods and FIRO instruments helps people learn about their behavior(s) and motivation(s) and the impact this has on their work.

The last two days of the workshop focus on the organizational areas that drive results: compatibility among people, difficult conversations, teamwork, one-on-one relationships, and decision-making. By creating atmospheres where people speak directly and truthfully to each other, teams solve their own problems, become more accountable, and inspire each other.

Registration costs include workshop materials & daily breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages, as well as dinner on the second day of workshop. The workshop will be held in Tiburon, CA at Richardson Bay Audubon Center & Sanctuary.
